had a *blast* at the #Boston #Fermentation Festival this past weekend! Sold a few dozen crocks, ran a competitive Pickle-off with 10 pro picklers, mobilized over 2 dozen volunteers who ran an awesome & tight ship, processed over 200 pounds veggies at our streetside kraut mob, and coordinated 15 speakers on 2 speaker stages. It was a ton of planning work but well worth the effort! And every crock included @Sandorkraut’s early book, Wild Fermentation, and many folks who picked up a crock/book combo got their book autographed by Sandor himself. fest info at bostonferments.com. get ready for 2015!
