Any guesses as to my next #collaborator? (at JP Knit & Stitch)
The couple that commissioned me to create this special #crock to serve #pickles out of at their #wedding really has their priorities straight, no?
I am so excited to be working with Bondir Restaurant’s new Chef de Cuisine, Brendan Joy. He’s got some new dishes in the works + new #tableware to plate them up on! Some of these new collabs are pictured; starting in the upper right & going clockwise: (1) Rouen duck , corn pudding, chanterelles, and black garlic; (2) Confit mussels, Romano bean, red currants, and lemon balm; (3) Fava bean agnoloti with pistachio, goats milk Gouda; and (4) Katama bay oyster, parcel broth and pork belly. According to Brendan, “Jason Bond (@jwadebond) and I are working with a local #ceramic potter and we are really excited about that. It’s fascinating to collaborate with an artist to create dishes for a restaurant. It’s a good #collaboration. #Bondir is a local, farm-driven #restaurant, so I think it is a great idea for us to work with a local #artist to keep that theme alive.” I agree!
